Ok, this is pretty awesome; one of the guys at Chicago Music Exchange plays 100 of the best riffs in rock history in a row. On the whole, we agree with the choices - although there are some notable omissions - no “Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love” or “Ziggy Stardust”. And number 65, “Pictures Of Matchstick Men”, was by Status Quo, not Camper Van Beethoven, but it’s an impressive feat nonetheless. It’s been reblogged from 34thandnow and you should definitely check it out.
Add: And yes, as several of you have pointed out, just how impressive is his rapid retuning to drop-d?
